SCOTTSDALE — Looking back at the players who represented the Arizona Diamondbacks in the Arizona Fall League in 2025, David Hagaman might end up being the best player of the group. The right-hander is my highest-ranked prospect of the seven minor league players the organization sent to the continuation league.

Looking at his fall sample, there isn’t much to take away. Hagaman threw just 216 pitches across five starts, hardly a conclusive enough sample size to make judgments. His final stat line in Arizona was seven runs (six earned) in 12 innings with 14 strikeouts and seven walks.
